Welcome to Life-Crafters: Mastering Everyday Skills program, where we empower individuals to enhance their daily lives through practical life skills and meaningful connections.
In this comprehensive program, participants will embark on a journey to learn essential life skills that promote well-being and independence. We believe that mastering everyday skills is key to living a fulfilling and balanced life.
Our program begins with a focus on simple and healthy eating habits. Participants will learn how to prepare nutritious meals such as sushi, lean meats and salads, smoothies, juices, wraps, and more. Through hands-on cooking sessions and interactive demonstrations, they will discover the joy of creating delicious and wholesome dishes that nourish both body and soul. Budgeting for the weekly shop is another essential skill we will cover. Participants will learn practical techniques for grocery shopping while sticking to a budget. By examining prices, comparing options, and making informed choices, they will gain confidence in managing their finances effectively.

To promote physical well-being, gentle exercise sessions will be held after lunch. These sessions aim to improve flexibility, strength, and overall fitness in a supportive and encouraging environment.

As part of our program, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Nerang Library and explore its resources. Additionally, they can enjoy swimming sessions at the Nerang heated pool, providing a refreshing and enjoyable way to stay active. Indulge in some friendly competition or kick back and relax with your favourite games and activities.
